This lovely villa is on the second level above the grassy bluff looking out over the cove and more. Enjoy full ocean views from every room except the second bedroom and bath. French doors open onto the spacious balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. Just a few of the many great features include limestone tile flooring and countertops, a 52 inch flat panel TV in the living room, a 26 inch flat panel TV in each bedroom, and a second private balcony off the dining area for barbecuing. The villa comfortably sleeps two couples, plus there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, if needed. Another bonus is that this villa may be accessed without using the 8 exterior steps by using the walkway at the other end of building and walking through the interior corridor to Villa 68. A shared laundry room is available for your convenience one level down. A total of 977 sq. ft.
Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Everything was great. Big place, good location, and its really convienient to have a golf cart to use. The only con we experienced was the lack of cell phone service ... It was very spotty. And no wifi.

We Had a great stay, beautiful views , great access to ammenities , the sleeper sofa is definately a little worn , but other than that , a wonderful trip full of great Memories !!

This villa has a great location but was in bad condition, considering what we paid. It's badly in need of paint-- the walls were dirty, scuffed and stained-- several lamps needed new light bulbs, one large burner on the stove was not working, the toilet in the second bathroom ran and eventually broke, the closet doors in the master bedroom didn't slide and came off their tracks, the tile under the master bath shower stall was corroding away, there was no blender lid and few dinner forks. Also, the beds were quite uncomfortable: master was very hard with no padding on top of it and second bedroom was very soft. At the rates we pay for a vacation rental, we expect to have it in good shape and functioning fully: if we wanted to deal with maintenance issues, we could have stayed at home. Civr dealt with the worst of these issues promptly, but with the high rates, these issues should have been taken care of in advance of our stay, so we didn't have to deal/live with them. I had completed my paperwork before we travelled, but that wasn't noted on my account, and I was asked to fill it out again on check-in,

Five of our family members (ages 60 - 19) enjoyed a three night stay at Hamilton Cove Villa 10-68. The location is fabulous; we could hear the movement of the water through the open windows and watch sea animals from the deck. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-supplied. The golf cart was a fun convenience which allowed us to easily explore the town of avalon. We did four dives with Scuba Luv, and appreciated returning to this lovely condo for simple family dinners and relaxing evenings. We highly recommend Hamilton Cove Villa 10-68, and we hope to return.

A very comfortable condo. Just like home. Close to dock for fishing. Close to pool and spa. Excellent location and the cart made it so easy to go anywhere.

We enjoyed our experience at Hamilton Cove very much. It really helped having a golf cart to put around in. The bed was on the firm side, and we didn't have any bath towels...other than that, every thing was very nice.

We had a wonderful time. The unit we stayed in was clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We always love staying at Hamilton Cove and especially enjoy the miniature golf.

We love Catalina and Hamilton Cove. Our boys are constantly entertained. Snorkeling, floating on inner-tubes, skipping rocks, playing on the volleyball courts, fishing from the pier, kayaking, swimming in the pool, playing at the park, putting around on the 18-Hole mini golf course - shoot they even love trips into town on the golf cart. And we get to enjoy it all with them in the gorgeous setting. We've been back 5 times and are looking forward to our trip again next year.
