Spacious, bright, and totally refurbished villa has cathedral ceilings throughout. Master suite with full bath, second bedroom right across the hall from 3/4 bath. French doors open from living room to private balcony and from master bedroom to its private balcony, each with limited ocean views; a quick walk to the beach! Villa may be accessed by using walkway at end of building and then taking elevator up to Villa 77 level or by walking up 8 steps. Shared laundry room is two levels below. Wireless internet and a 32" flat panel LCD TV in living room. 1109 sq. feet.
Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Absolutely a wonderful condo - very spacious, comfortably appointed. Perfect for our family with 2 kids. Having the golf cart was a huge benefit - we were happily mobile for our whole trip. Note that there is no real ocean view from this unit - which was fine, we spent lots of time outside anyway. Our kids want to go back again and again.

Villa 10-77 was great. Nicely appointed, yet ever so comfy! Even the sofa bed provided a soft place after a long day of birthday festivities!

Stayed in unit 10-77 for 3 nights for a girls mother/daughters getaway weekend. The building was in my opinion the best in Hamilton Cove as it has an elevator and it also is the closest to the water, volleyball sand, bbq's/picnic tables, and fishing dock. This unit has a semi view of the water from the patios- but honestly the best feature of this building is being able to walk outside and out to the actual beach in minutes. The unit was stocked with dishes, towels, a bbq, 2 outside balcony patios, internet, huge tub in the master bath, and cozy furniture. It was clean upon arrival and we enjoyed our stay! Bring swimshoes for the beach area as it is a rock beach and not sand. Also if you snorkel, go out past the 3 foot small cliff/drop off and hang around the sea weed. Lots of great fish right there! The only thing I would advise in advance of renting this particular condo is to ask management about the correct way to open the main door with the key. There is a trick to it. We had to call maintenence to help get us in the door when we arrived. Once you learn the secret it is ok. We loved our visit in avalon and will definitely be returning!

What a great place to stay! We were right next to a private swimming cove/beach/picnic area. I could walk out of the condo with my coffee and see dolphins playing out on the horizon. It was really great to have a place to hang out, especially when the town got crowded from the tourists off the cruise ship. The couch pulls out to a bed, but is more comfortable to sleep on if you leave it as a couch. We had everything we needed to make and enjoy our meals. Nice to have videos to watch, too. And there is snorkeling gear in the closet! This place far exceeded our expectations. And the staff, from the front desk folks to the cleaning crew, were all friendly and helpful.
