You will thoroughly enjoy the comfort and spaciousness of this beautifully decorated two level villa that offers wonderful ocean and outdoor views. The living space has two different seating areas for dining, games or just sitting around enjoying happy hour. You'll also enjoy sitting out on the large, private balcony off the living room, reading a book, sipping a glass of vino or just taking in the great outdoors and fresh ocean air. There’s a 40-inch flat panel TV, DVD player and queen sofa sleeper in the living room and wireless internet in the villa if you must check your email or do a little work. You should find everything you need to prepare meals or snacks for your family in the well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen. The laundry closet and ¾ bath are near the queen bedroom on the main level. Need your own space? Just walk down the stairs to the lower level where you will find the large master suite with a Cal king bed and spacious full bath, as well as French doors that open onto the second private balcony. It’s only 39 steps to the road below where you’ll find the limo-style golf cart. It’s one of the largest floor plans in Hamilton Cove with a total of 1700 SF. Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Catalina Island is a great destination - zip lines, parasailing, great food, even riding around in a golf cart. Hamilton Cove is a great property. Rooms were nice, floor plan spacious. I strongly recommend renting a property that comes with a golf cart. The workout area is a little small (3 treadmills, only 1 elliptical). It's only a 3 minute drive from the main town, but you have so much more living space than the rooms available in town. When I come back to Catalina, I'm definitely staying at Hamilton Cove again.

This was a lovely place to stay. The view was beautiful and we had everything we needed. Our BarBque ran out of propane and they came out right away and replaced it. It did have 32 steps, but we managed without to much trouble. 4 out of the 5 of us were over 70. A great place to stay. We caught a cab at the pier that took us to the office were we got our key. We called the same cab to pick us up at the end of our stay and we took the key back. Very easy.

The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great views and morning sun on the balcony. A fun place to bring the family for a few days and relax.

This was my first trip to the island, although the weather wasn't the greatest, from what I understand it was a rarity to have the storms we had that weekend, although we didn't seem to care, the unit was wonderful. The rooms are spacious, comfortably furnished and clean. The unit includes a fully stocked kitchen and a six passenger golf cart used to access the city and cruise the island. The only thing I would warn the next tenant about is the stairs, both up to the unit and in the unit; it can be quite a trudge if you happen to forget something. The heated pool, spa and recreation rooms are a just a short walk across the road. The grounds include the cutest 18 hole natural grass putt putt course you could ever imagine, waterfalls, little tee boxes and perfectly manicured teeny tiny greens...too cute. The zip lines were a blast, our guides were very knowledgeable of the island and its history. Most exhilarating guided tour I have been on. I hope to visit again in September.

This villa made me never want to go home!!! I just stayed on my bday 11-11-11 and had some great friends with me... They also want to go back as soon as we can all get together..the decor,the balconies,more than I could ask for.. Thank you the tranquil experience...We will be back...And the book 2 nights get a third free is perfect... Only now through the end of dec...Leisa..
