Really appreciate the service and accommidations with 13-45.. we always love the condo and Hamilton Cove in general. Also appreciate Hannah, Chay, and Denny.. they are the best.. keep the carpet and get more seating in living room.. golf cart needs a little over haul..

Chances are that before you know it, your wish has been granted, or at least it seems that way. Renting a first class unit is simple. Unit 13-45 has all them amenities to make your stay a memorable time. After more than ten years of yearly Island visits, this has been one of our best. We will request 13-45 again.

This lovely condo has a wraparound balcony and stunning view. Well equipped kitchen; lots of games, books and family gear (croquet, putters, hacki sack). We previously rented a bigger place in this building for our family, but this was just for a couples' get-away. The furnishings and carpet are getting a little tired, but everything is clean. This is a condo that is only a few steps from the road (and golf cart). Some units have many, many steps down to the front door. We love Hamilton Cove and highly recommend it. Call Catalina Vacation Rentals. It's away from the hustle and bustle, but a short golf cart ride into the village. We saw dozens of deer in the evening and polite seagulls everywhere. I can't wait to go back.

Catalina Island is only 26 miles away, but a world apart. And Hamilton Cove is a peaceful haven in this larger paradise. The views, the private beach, the amenities, and all the comforts of home. We always love being is Catalina. This was our 13th year and probably our 7th year in unit 13-45. Love the unit however it needs some updating. Carpet is very worn, refrigerator not closing properly, same dining chair unstable (same as last year and several blinds missing. Great location and layout keeps us coming back.
