Our vacation was wonderful, and unit was user friendly, with the exception of the old sofa bed that was almost unbearable to sit on. Carpet show wear and tear throughout the unit. Washer and Dryer was a plus. Well stocked kitchen. Master bed and bath and guest bed and bath were very accomodating. View is outstanding overall like the unit. Could use

Hamilton Cove is amazing. We ussually stay there at least 2 times a year for the last 9 years. I have rented numerous units. This one is large and spacious, but definately not my favorite. Many steps, too far from pool, not my favorite view. On a seperate note, Catalina Island Vacations is a fantastic company that is amazing. They so friendly, professional, flexible. Their customer service could not be better. I would rather give them my business and rent a less favorable unit than rent through any where else.

What a great vacation. Catalina has more than enough diverse activities for anyone and if you just want to relax and enjoy the spectacular view, I highly recommend Hamilton Cove and Catalina Island Vacation Rentals. You can sit back on the deck and be awed by the spectacular views or you can hit the private beach, or the pool, or the mini-golf course or play tennis. The condo was very well maintained (albeit, a little out of date on some of it's technology), but was in a great location to take advantage of everything Catalina has to offer. My wife and I simply did not want to leave after our week long stay! I can't recommend Catalina Vacation Rentals and Hamilton Cove enough.

The view was stunning. The home was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including the Golf Cart! The service from Catalina Island Vacation Rentals was superb. Downside is the stairs and access.

Stayed for a week in this condo. The rental agency is very helpful, but had to fix a couple of things while we were there. The view is nice and it is a very big place for a two bedroom. Big master bedroom and bath with a desk area facing the ocean, strong WiFi. There is some wear and tear that needs addressing, but over all nice place. The blender could not crush ice, so our blended drinks were a challenge. The view is very nice, but not as nice as building 1 and 2. Biggest problem for us was no umbrella on the patio. When the sun came out it was hard to stay out there reading or just enjoying the view. I would pick a place with an umbrella next time. Over all it was a nice week, a little pricey.

Catalilna Island Vacation Rentals is the best company to do business with. We had orginally booked a room at another popular hotel, which we booked a year in advance, only to be dissapointed with their service especailly since we have been a guess serveral time in the past. We got our money back and called Catalina Island Vacation Rentals the same day we docked and got a beautiful villa, when things were less than perfect we were upgraded the next day which pleased my husband very much. We are truly satisfied with Catalina Island Rentals and will book our next vacation in Catalina with them in the future.
