We have always stayed in a hotel in town or on a boat, but this time we were going with my husbands parents and decided to share a condo with them. This one was just perfect for us!! The condo was very clean when we arrived and we could tell it was well loved. We enjoyed Bbqing every night while sitting on the balcony overlooking the whole complex watching the sunset, feeling like we could be anywhere in the world (i.e. south of France, Italy, etc.) The only reason I am giving the service a 4 star, we went there to swim in the pool and every time we went to go swimming it was out of service for cleaning. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family of 14 stayed in three of the Hamilton Cove Villas and we all heartily agreed it was the best vacation ever. Having all of the exciting and wonderful activities right at our finger tips was perfect. The tennis, golf, pool and the shore so close and so beautifully presented to us. And having the three golf carts at our disposal for exploring the city of avalon was a special delight. The three villas were beautiful and offered us the most comfortable and relaxing vacation of all. No negatives here.

Very nice unit, but some of the door and windows wouldn't open. Cold water nozzle on tub was stuck. On Saturday morning, we woke up to no toilet service, which lasted for 5 hours Yikes! There was a problem with the Salt Water for the sewer and had to be switched over to Fresh Water. We had to fill up trash cans with water each time to flush the toilets (a lot of work). The Office said this happens on the Island. The Master Bed is really uncomfortable, time to upgrade that for sure. Pull-out couch bed was a joke. You sunk in at the top and your head went down. Other than that, it was beautiful! You can catch up on sleep when you get home...
