This beautiful and spacious villa with a wonderful ocean view has all tile floors and big screen TV. The large master suite has a Cal king bed, sitting area, and very spacious bathroom. The second bedroom, also a suite, has a king bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Additional bed is a queen Aerobed. The large balcony wraps around two sides of the end villa and may be accessed from the master suite as well as the great room, providing sunny views of the Cove and the ocean.
Just 20 steps to the road and a total of 1861 sq. feet.
Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Took a Mother-Daughter-Grandaughter trip to Catalina and loved this place. The condo is easily accessbile from the road (about 20 steps) and the view is outstanding! It was perfect for the 6 of us. We enjoyed watching movies in the spacious living area...dined together at the table and enjoyed sunrise on the deck. The golf cart is essential for getting around (quite an adventure for my 70 yr old Mother!) The Civr Staff is so welcoming and the service was great. We had an issue with the blinds. One fell from the brackets when we tried to open it and it fell on my niece...not to worry though, Maintenance came right away when we called. Alot of the blinds don't open. A minor inconvenience at most. The golf cart gas gage was tempermental (kept bobbling back and forth). We were unable to gas it up as required because we had "detour" directions to the gas station which led us up a mountain to a closed road. It was actually quite funny and the rental office was more than understanding. We wouldn't use the gas grill because it was very dirty, but the general cleanliness of the place was good. The master suite is awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

The view from this unit was great and the balcony area works great for a larger group of people. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our family. The unit itself is in need of repair and maintenance. Blinds in the bedrooms did not work, the floor was dirty and one of the beds did not have clean sheets. We called Civr 3 times during 2 different days before anything was taken care of. However, we had a great time in Hamilton Cove and would go again. We hope for an improved unit and better cleaning service next time.

We have been vacationing at Hamilton Cove for over 15 years. We have always had the best time. the staff have always taken care of our every need. We thoroughly appreciate the staff at Hamilton Cove

Villa 18-72 was a beautiful vacation experience! We loved the views and the accomadations were nice. The complex has tennis, golf, basketball, and a private beach that were all wonderful for our family. Overall this condo was nice and the golf cart was an added bonus. There were a few maintanence issues that needed some attention. Some of the kitchen cabinets were falling off the hinges, and the overall cleanliness was fair at best. When we arrived the BBQ still had spills from the previous renter and we had to clean it before we used it. Other than the fact that some areas were neglected by the cleaning crew, this was a wonderful vacation spot and we would do it again.
