We really liked our unit it was clean and bright..The only big problem was the dishwasher it had a disgusting horrible rotten smell,everytime we had to unload it we had to stop breathing.Pleasr change it!!!

I've rented many times in Hamilton Cove. This definitely is one of the best units in the development. Upscale furnishings and appliances and well maintained, it sits at the top of the hill with breathtaking views (and yes, they all have great views) but this unit faces avalon and it is amazing. All the beds were comfortable and the bunk beds worked out perfectly for our girls weekend! The golf cart seats 6 and was in good running condition. I appreciate Civr accommodating our requests. Everyone there was polite and pleasant to deal with. Thanks to the owners for sharing your place with us!

Beautiful condo and view. The location is away from center of town, but golf cart provided. It made for a quiet stay. The furniture is not very comfortable. The 2 guest bedroom mattresses have a covering that our family equates to sleeping on newspapers. The couch cushions slide out from under you when you sit on them. The BBQ was disgusting. I spent several hours cleaning it, so we could have a birthday BBQ for our son. I left cleaner for future guests. At $2500 for 3 nights, I expected perfection.
Thank you for your comments. Apparently the maids neglected the BBQ. My apologies. Had you given us a call, we would have sent them back to clean the BBQ. The owner is looking into securing the furniture cushions.

Six girlfriends stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and had a fabulous time. Our villa had a beautiful view, was tastefully furnished and we all slept on really comfortable beds. Loved the wrap around balcony. We all went ziplining and had so much fun. The golf cart was essential and a convenient way to get around.
