Of course the island itself, the weather and the company all contributed to a wonderful time. The condo was almost perfect, except we could not get the lights over the Murphy bed to come on, despite touching the light pad as instructed. Furnishings and housewares were all perfectly adequate and apart from the bed light, no complaints whatsoever. We felt the lack of wireless signal but also took advantage of the situation to truly unplug! Thank you thank you for a lovely location.

The hamilton cove itself is too far from the ferry docknand town and not walkable distsnce at all, hence taxi is a must 'cos the keys to the unit have to be collected and dropped off from a different location in town (taxi cost total $40-50) before actually driving to the unit. Customer service is terrible. I had to wait for 10 minutes or more b4 she could even acknowlege me since she was too busy chatting with some one she knew. Customers first!! This unit had too many steps to get to, so don't forget to pack Ibuprofen. Too many steps if u have lotsa luggage. Amazing views from the unit but too far from beach. The unit was not clean enough, bathrooms were not as clean esp. floors. Downstairs bedroom fan is too old and needs to be replaced, very noisy. Badly washed dishes, Wine glasses were terrible, still had lipstick stains :(

The place is comfortable. It doesn't have a grill or a big patio, but doesn't have a ton of stairs either. It could use some updating, but I would stay there again.

The condo was very nice and clean. Unfortunately there was not a baroque despite the fact that one was featured in a picture and when I asked about it was told yes. The windows were very difficult to open and the remote control to the downstairs tv did not work. When notified the Civr did nothing to rectify the situation. Otherwise the Hamilton Cove amenities were great.

We all had the best time ever. Hope to be back again. The stairs was a little bit of a challenge, but it was worth it when we got to the top!
