Hamilton Cove Villa 2-33 - 2 bedrooms - 1.75 baths

Our family of 5 stayed 4 days and loved having all the comforts of home! The condo appliances are outdated and the golf cart needs a little TLC but we would have been bored without it! The dishes in the cupboard were filthy and unwashed. Pots and pans unwashed but a minor complaint when you have a comfy condo, plenty of room for everyone and plenty of privacy! Bbqing on the balcony with an ocean view...Cant beat that! Waking up and watching the dolphins and sea lions swimming was an amazing experience! There is a gym, pool, spa and playground all just a few steps away! We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice villa.. easy check-in and out. Great location, easy to get to. Loved that it comes with golf cart. View is so beautiful to wake up to, and to just grill or hang out to from balcony. Will be going again... only thing I can say I would like added is an elevator or escalator to the villa. A hassel to have to take luggage up and down all the flights of stairs as well as groceries. But other then that it was great...???

I love Catalina - Hamilton Cove is a great place to experience the leisure and calm that is at the heart of the Catalina experience. Excellent Condo - We came as a couple and the two King beds were appreciated! Great Grill although the starter didn't work. We made great steak and fresh swordfish for two of our dinners! Good selection of dishes and utensils but wine glasses would have been nice! The laundry was handy - good view but it was a long walk (nearly 60 steps) up from the street. We'll probably be back!

The home itself had excellent views and the main living areas were excellent as was the main bedroom. However, we were allocated the second bedroom which compared to the other bedroom was absolutely awful. This was much smaller in size which was acceptable for a second bedroom. However, this room was stuffy and certainly not luxurious - only had one small window which looked onto a staircase so that if anyone ascended or descended, they could look into the room. No chance of pulling the blinds shut as it was too hot. No ceiling fan. One small fan on the floor which was useless. The netting at the window was torn and the window would not shut from the inside of the room. The management came very quickly and repaired the tear in the netting and provided a second fan but the bottom line was that the main bedroom was luxurious and well aired (patio doors and two separate windows) and a ceiling fan. We felt that the second room was very poor indeed. After complaining, we were given a partial refund

Excellent villa, amenities were a plus, and made our weekend gateaway a trip to remember! Due to a sunny, hot day, we would of appreciated if the villa had aC or working properly.

We loved the home. Loved the view. Amenities were great and Location was perfect. We have three children and were very comfortable. Had a wonderful time during our stay and would definitely go back. The only drawback would be the stairs. It would be tough for someone with disabilities or in weak health to manage the stairs up to the condo.

The condo was great, nice and clean with the most beautiful view of the ocean. I just wish they could decorate the place little bit nicer and upgrade the bedding. It would also be so useful to have fans in living room and the 2nd bedroom. My family and I enjoyed our stay and love Hamilton Cove!

We love Hamilton Cove! This condo was very clean and comfortable with a nice big cushy couch. We were very comfortable here. We were close to the pool which was key because we have 2 kids. The only things I would recommend are a ceiling fan in the second bedroom, a remote control for the t.v. and a couple more pots, pans and utensils for the kitchen, then it would be perfect! We will be coming back annually : )

Awesome view, really clean interior,and lots of the extras you would want. Be prepared to walk up about 4 flights of stairs which will help you justify all the food you ate on vacation! The golf cart was a nice addition, although it seemed like it was barely going to make it up the hill with the four of us...but it was awesome to have. We want to come stay again...but longer this time!! Its bright, clean, totally equipped, and a pleasure to stay at! ps make sure you check in at the catalina rental property in town before you go up to the Hamilton Cove condo...

We really had a good time on this mini vacation and staying at Hamilton cove was really nice. Our friends and us split the cost of renting a condo and it's was just perfect and the view from our place was fantastic. It is farther away from town but the fun part I liked was you get a golf cart and we drove all around day and night and just had a blast. Lots of stairs but it's great excersise. It's very clean also. We will be back again!!

Arrived 9:30am Thursday morning with Fiance' and 4 kids - 10, 8, 5, 3. Took a cob to get keys and was allowed early checkin(Thanks). Went to the villa, 70 steps up, and was happy with space and really happy with privacy and view. The high speed Internet was smooth. Set up the kids with Wii and Netflix streaming, our computers on Internet. Next step was get in the golf cart and get food/drink. The cart was a big bonus and really does allow you to do more on the Island. During our stay we had family come visit and always had enough space for them on the large sectional, two king beds, balcony, kitchen. We Bbq's had cervesas and enjoed the pool. When it rained there was a small leak but no big deal and we were granted late chckout free of charge. Overall, I think the view was the best attribute but the villas are really nice, I think, compared to staying in town at a home rental. We will be back.
