Each bedroom also has a flat panel LCD TV with DVD and Cable. A full laundry room is right beside your front door, and your golf cart is parked just steps away. Listen to the waves and watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed in this wonderful villa. With a total of 1,005 sq. feet.
Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

This unit has such a wonderful, inviting charm. And there is little to compare with that view. We sat on the balcony and watched all of the activity happening around the island. The cruise ships docking, the parakiters flying by, and the ebb and flow of the fishing boats and yachets. Then take the golf cart into town for any meal or activity. And what activities! We did the zip-line, the segways, the shopping, the spa treatments... we tried to miss nothing, and this rental gave us the convenience to attack them all! What a wonderful trip!!!

This is the first time we have stayed at Hamilton Cove Villa's but it won't be the last! We were so impressed with our villa 2-48! It was so clean and inviting! We felt so much at home here! The owners thought of every detail! We so enjoyed the view of the ocean watching the dolphins and seals going by. Having our elderly parents with us it was so wonderful for them to only have one step to take to enter the condo! Thanks for opening your home to us we look forward visiting again!

This was our 1st and 2nd time staying at Hamilton Cove. We loved it! Our first stay was in 11-52 (9-25 thru 9-29) real close to the water the waves put you to sleep at night. Condo was clean, quite and easy to get into only a few steps. It was also a nice place to hang out. Now, 2-48...Wow...this place was great. Awsome views of the bay and pool, it has quite private balcony with nice relaxing chairs to sink into. Both rooms were comfy, clean and quite, Kitchen was well stocked ( I am a chef, so, I loved that). 2-48 was so nice and relaxing we would have loved to buy it.Lol. We will be checking availability for 2-48 everytime we come to the island. To the Owners, Thank you for allowing us to share yoour home.

We were happy with the way the place was furnished and all the conveniences. Could have used one more ceiling fan in front bedroom. The balcony and view were, of course, the main attraction. When we had a slight fix-it problem, a very nice man showed up and took care of it right away.

This was our fourth summer trip spent at Hamilton Cove and the second time to rent this unit. Since our family has expanded since our original trip, we rented 2 units this time - and both were just great. Can't beat the view and these two units had 0 - 2 steps from the street -- and close to the exit, so handy for trips to town.

This was such a fantastic vaction that i want to buy this palce and live her forever. The gardners do a wonderful job. Beautiful grounds. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Fyi dishes were not clean when we got there i had to rewash :(

Best unit we've stayed in yet. We were literally stranded on the island due to rough seas and the staff stayed after hours to fit us in on an incredably busy weekend. I'll be forever grateful.
