The washer/dryer is conveniently located two steps from the front door of the villa, as well as a newly re-canvassed golf cart parked right next to the villa’s entrance. 901 sq. feet.
Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

The condo has an outstanding view. The location and amenities were great. The time we spent at Hamiton Cove was the most relaxing time I have spent in years.

We have stayed at Hamilton Cove many times. This unit is very nice. Private balcony was unexpected and very nice. The location and ease of getting in & out of the unit was exceptional as there were no stairs to deal with. This unit only has one flaw...the golf cart was a bomb! It was the worst golf cart we have ever had to endure! My 19 year old son could run up the hill faster than the cart! Although it was funny to watch...it was a real drag when it was night and cold!

The view was amazing and the house was nicely decorated with comfortable and cute beachy furnishings. The unit was clean and everything was in great order. We enjoyed the fireplace one night. The beds were comfortable and our golf cart was parked right outside our door. We did not have any stairs to worry about. The views from the living room and master bedroom are so awesome! Full view of the wide open blue ocean and looking below at the waves crashing on the cove below. We even layed in bed at night and the morning and could see the ocean from our bed. We could hear the ocean waves as well and we enjoyed watching the boats pass by in the ocean. We would stay here again. It was very family friendly as well. Thank you!

After looking at the other rentals, this unit met all of our needs. We are a family of 4, which included 2 children. The unit had everything we needed. The barbecue grill was perfect for our evening dinner. The golf cart with the coverings was exactly what we needed because it happened to rain during our stay. We did have a problem with a kitchen sink. It had a leak but was quickly resolved by Mr. Hernandez. The Catalina Island Rentals MGR was very acommodating. We loved this unit. It had an amazing view. We love to cook and I was surprise to find all the cooking equipment I needed. We had a great time.
