Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.


This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

    Barry & Carol Cobb had a wonderful time. We will see you this time next year! We had a fantastic time, awesome views, romantic and so serene. We simply Love Hamilton Cove Villa on Catalina Island! The villa had an awesome view. It was roomy, clean and it's a home away from home. The veranda had patio furniture, grill and the kitchen were fully stocked with everything except your food. This is a very romantic place. We had a golf cart to travel the island. I enjoy the Crystal blue water. There is so much history there as well. The deers are so pleasant to watch; they are like statues.

    the villa could of been cleaner, it was dusty. and having 3 guys on your patio all day touching up the paint was a inconvenience. we had to ask them to leave at five. the wifi did not connect as well. other than that... it was a good visit and we will do it again.
