This two bedroom two bath end unit comes with incredible ocean views and is just steps from the beach. Great location because the pool, Jacuzzi and gym are the next building over. Color TV/VCR, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, front balcony, 4-seater golf cart and the little extras make this unit comfortable and accommodating. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and a wonderful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. No smoking, please, and this is a "no shoe" home. 54 steps from golf cart parking space up to villa. For ease in unloading luggage or groceries, only 42 steps down from road above (Stairway near H897).1030 sq. feet.
Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Beautiful view, comfortable home. There were lots of stairs but the view was totally worth it! The golf cart made it very easy to get into town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

The home was wonderful and very comfortable. It was great that they had the home ready for us earlier than check-in. However, the check out policy were a bit confusing and not clearly detailed in the agreement.

This is the 3rd time we have rented a unit at Hamilton Cove. They are all very different, as the owners are responsible for the furnishings. This particular unit is spacious, clean, has a great view and location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach, the pool, the play area, etc. The BBQ for this unit worked very well. The furnishings are dated. The golf cart was better than some. The only down side is that the multiple stairs to get to the unit, the balcony is continuous without dividers, so your neighbor could be out there right beside you and this unit has a stair access, on the side, that goes directly to the balcony...so you could be surprised by a guest who chooses to come up that stairway. However, it worked to our advantage because we had other family members renting the unit directly below, who found that stairway convenient. When you arrive at the island, you have to stop by the rental office in town to get your keys. Sounds inconvenient, but they were super quick and the taxi drivers know exactly where to go. Also, Civr gave us referral numbers to rent a crib and high chair. It was a great deal and the crib and high chair were delivered and picked up for a very reasonable price. Tip: They are very strict about the number of people in the golf cart and no rental carts are allowed on the property, so we learned from experience, when we have more than 4 people, rent 2 units so that you have the use of 2 golf carts to get to town. When we rented unit 8-87, we also rented unit 8-83, directly below. Worked out great for our group of 8. This review is only about 8-87.
