Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

The unit was just as described and more...truly lovely, with a view to die for. Catalina has been our vacation choice for many years now and hopefully for many more to come. The only knock I could give it would be the service...nothing wrong with it, just not the special personal touch we had come to expect. We'll be back!!! Oh, and not to be missed is the Casino tour: Unbelievable!

What? A 5 start rating and "don't stay here!" title? We've stayed at Hamilton Cove at least 10 times and this unit turned out to be our favorite. I'm trying to keep this place unoccupied so we can rent it again. Perfect!!

An exquisite view, beautifully appointed and very comfortable surroundings. Easy entry with only 4 steps from the road, and about 10 to the golf cart. If I could recommend anything it would be a tune up on the golf cart as it seemed to produce quite a fuel\exhaust smell when driving.

the condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked (pots, pan, dishes, etc.). Fireplace was very nice on cool evenings. Unit is advertised as a one bedroom but bedroom closet is owner locked so you get the entry closet (only). Washer and dryer were first rate and view was first rate. We'll be back.
