Hamilton Cove Villa 8-97 - 1 bedroom - 1 bath

The service was great, the people at the rental agency were very helpful with informing us about the shuttle and the different boat times. The condo we rented was great, plenty of room and what an awesome view of the ocean. We had a bagel and coffee out on our deck every am and in the evening we sat out also. We have Nooo complaints. Can't wait to come back!

The service we received was great--we called about a leak in the shower when we got to the unit and were told someone would come and take care of it and the best thing was we didn't have to be there. Sure enough, we went out and when we came back, the problem had been addressed. The home was great! It was perfect for someone who is unable to do a lot of stairs, which is something we wanted. It was steps away from many of the amenities: pool, jacuzzi, exercise room. Our favorite thing was the view and the fact that we had two decks--one with a barbecue which was important to us--we wanted to save some money by not eating out for every meal so that we would be able to relax and enjoy the ocean view (which was phenomenal!). We also loved having the use of the golf cart--which really is a necessity due to the location of Hamilton Cove. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we arrived much earlier than check-in, and didn't quite know what to do. As it turns out, our unit was ready early, however, we're still not sure what we would do with our luggage next time should we arrive early and our room isn't ready. We would be fine hanging out in town--but not if we have to carry our luggage with us. We'll have to get further clarification on that when we plan our next trip to Catalina--which we loved!

We absolutely loved this condo. We have stayed in many condos in Hamilton Cove and this one is our favorite. Great location. Fantastic views from every room but the bathroom. Very comfortable and private!

I rented this unit for my 43rd Birthday with my 21 year old daughter for 5 nights. We felt right at home and especially enjoyed the amazing views! This unit is very convenient and beautiful inside. We stocked the fridge and enjoyed homemade breakfast on the patio and made friends with a seagull which we named Sammy. He would visit every morning for a treat of mango. The patio off the kitchen has a great view as well and a great BBQ too. We also enjoyed the fun choices of Dvd's they had. All my favorites as well as music Cd's. Great taste to the owners! The bed was comfy and listening to the ocean at night was so relaxing. I can't wait to stay here again. Loved my time!

We arrived in the morning and we had our keys and information in a few minutes. We were extremely pleased with our villa. The unit was not quite ready so we left our luggage with the cleaning staff and we jumped in our golf cart drove around the property and checked out the beach, tennis court and golf course. We went to town for groceries and met some deer on the way. We had our coffee each morning while watching dolphins and birds from our front terrace. During the day we spent time at the pool and in the evening we enjoyed the sun on our side balcony while we bar-b-qued fresh fish from armstrongs. The golf cart allowed us to explore the this part of the island. We'll be back!

Hamilton Cove is a 1st class resort. The condo has everything you could want luxery inside and great views. My grand daughter loved the play ground.

Spectacular view! Beach decor, well maintained gated property. French doors that access patio from bedroom & living room with separate dining patio where BBQ was located. Golf cart included. No internet access or instructions to use DVD/stereo playerwere the only negative.

A clean, well-equipped unit with a view that can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Civr was extremely helpful at both check-in and check-out. We were able to get into our unit almost immediately after arriving on the 9am ferry from Marina Del Ray and were lucky enough to get a late checkout.

I did a lot of researching prior to going to Catalina for our 3 Year anniversary and I couldn't have been more pleased with our location and Unit 8-97! First off there are only a few steps to the unit, then the view couldn't have been better! It felt so spacious with the vaulted ceilings and having the extra windows and patio by being a corner unit. We absolutely loved sitting on the patio's watching all the water action right in front of us. The unit was so comfortable with all the comforts of home! The golf cart was not only a plus but we also had a lot of fun exploring the island in it. We enjoyed alot of restaurants (Loved Steve's Steakhouse) but also made a few meals in the unit and everything that we needed was there. We are already planning our next "Get away" trip and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!! :)
