Villa 13-43 This spacious villa offers wonderful ocean, island and Hamilton Cove views. It was recently (Sep. 2008) totally remodeled, now with three bedrooms, new furnishings, fresh paint, and tile floors throughout and is absolutely beautiful! The third bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The living room, queen bedroom, and master bedroom (Cal king bed) all have french doors which open to the comfortably sized balcony. On the balcony, you'll find a table with seating to enjoy your meals outdoors, as well as comfortable chaise lounge chairs to kick back, relax, and enjoy the views. The balcony is common, but not shared, with the two adjoining villas, so please be kind to your neighbors!
Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area).
