Absolutely charming! Clean, comfortable 2 bedrooms 1 bath located about one block from the beach and downtown. This little Avalon cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and stacked washer/dryer. The first bedroom is off the living room and holds a queen bed. The second bedroom is at the back of the property and holds continental bunks bed plus a single bed. The fireplace is sealed and nonfunctional. No smoking, please.
