Located on a charming, quiet and exceptional street. Only 2-1/2 blocks to the beach and downtown. This 2 bdrm/2 bathroom cottage can sleep 6 people. The bedrooms are tandem (you walk from one room to get to the other.) It does have a private rear entrance to the master bedroom. The first room has a double and a set of bunk beds. The second also has a double bed ,and the living room has a double futon. The two bathrooms are 3/4 (showers only). Fully equipped kitchen, color TV/VCR/DVD, stereo and open floor plan. A stacked washer and dryer is included. No smoking, please, and no pets.

| This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day).
