337 Sumner 1 bedroom 1 bath beach cottage located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and downtown. A double bed in the bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen futon in the living room. Amenities include color TV/Cable, fully equipped kitchen and a great front porch with BBQ and outdoor furniture. There are two year-around rentals in the rear of property. No smoking, please.

This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.
