This is one of our best view properties! Located right across from Avalon Harbor, this one bedroom is the upper half of a duplex. It will sleep 4 with a queen bed and two queen sofa sleepers in the living room. You will want to spend many hours on the large deck overlooking the town and harbor. The deck has table, chairs and barbecue. The small kitchen is well equipped. Living room has a small color TV with cable. There are 36 steps up to this unit, and the view is worth every one of them. No smoking, please.
