There is a large kitchen with an ample island for eating and visiting and sliding doors that open onto a lovely deck. There are 2 living rooms, each with a new queen size pullout sofa. This home has 2 large decks with comfortable patio furniture on each with areas for relaxing, barbecuing, and eating while enjoying the spectacular views. New gas appliances, adorable bathrooms, hardwood floors, and walkways with Catalina tiles will make your stay in Catalina the most memorable vacation you could ever have! (It's absolutely worth every one of the 48 steps up to the property!)

This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.
