Families and couples only, please. No residence in Avalon can rival this property that affords 180-degree panorama views of the harbor, city, and canyons from almost every room, yet is only a minute’s walk to the water’s edge. Maintaining the privacy of a Tuscany hilltop home, each bedroom is tastefully appointed and furnished to sleep 6. One bedroom has a king bed with a view of the harbor and the second large bedroom has a queen bed and two single beds. Both bedrooms have adjoining adorable new bathrooms and dressing rooms. There is a large kitchen with an ample island for eating and visiting and French doors that open onto the 1000 square foot deck. The deck is complete with plush patio furniture for relaxing, barbequing, and eating while enjoying the spectacular views. Gas appliances, adorable bathrooms, hardwood floors, flat screen TV’s, a stereo system, and walkways with Catalina tiles will make your stay in Catalina the most memorable vacation you could ever have! (It's absolutely worth every one of the 71 steps up to the property!)

This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.
