The downstairs master bedroom suite, with a full bath, also has an exterior entry/exit door (only 25 steps to this level). This cozy and comfortable condo is close to the clubhouse, pool and fitness center, and the washer/dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room just outside the front door of the villa.
