French doors open from master bedroom and living area onto larger tiled patio facing grassy area. Shared laundry room is located down the building's interior corridor on the same level. Villa may be accessed without using the 4 exterior steps by using walkway at other end of building and taking elevator down to Villa 63 level. Sun all day!
Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area).
