The bedroom features an Eastern King Size bed with a smaller flat screen television set and DVD Blu Ray player. Both the living room and bedroom have sliding glass doors that open onto the patio.
The patio is like another room with 2 chaise lounges, an umbrella covered dining table and chairs, with a propane BBQ for outdoor cooking.
The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances including refrigerator, electric stove and microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes, glasses and flatware.
The contemporary bathroom features a tub/shower combination with heated vanity mirror.
There is free WiFi in the condominium. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers available in the complex basement. The condo is within easy walking distance of Avalon's main shopping street and the beach.
Attention Boaters: A 30 foot boat mooring in Avalon Bay can be made available to boaters who rent this unit at an additional fee.
Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.
