Absolutely gorgeous home! This was the first time using this site. We booked based on the location map which was incorrect but location was beautiful (only reason it wasn’t a 5*)We were just hoping for less hills. The golf cart included was a plus but only holds 4 people so we had to make trips or part of our group walked. If needing to get a hold of the host prior to your booking they didn’t respond to the messages on the site. However, did respond when I called and were really responsive when we arrived and a remote for the TV was misplaced. Only thing missing was beach towels but everything else we needed was there.

We had two families in this home and it was perfect. Such a great location and place to relax. We barely even wanted to leave to explore the island. Kitchen is great and well equipped. Bathtub with view was spa like and fire pit on patio was amazing. Hosts were extremely accommodating.

This one is SPECIAL! Sometimes a rental just has that “feel” where you are so happy to be there! 

The LOCATION is fantastic to town & the beach; walkable if you choose, or provided good cart. The BEDS are incredibly comfortable in large rooms. The kitchen is a vacationers dream from the size to the amenities, & is connected to a large outdoor deck & table. The view/deck on the 2nd floor is awesome! Washer/dryer, WiFi, golf cart, and just a truly comfortable clean house. Finally, it was so quiet! We left unable to think of what could be better.

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending three nights at this quaint Catalina home with our close friends.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood up the hill and not far from the shops and beaches. A golf cart is also available for easy access to all of Avalon. The home is well appointed and we all were very satisfied with the beds. The rooftop patio off the master bedroom offered exceptional views and comfortable lounging with a tabletop fire pit.The kitchen is huge and well stocked, with two ovens and a ten burner gas range. Plenty of room for indoor and outdoor dining. The bbq is also excellent. Great spot for an average size family or up to three couples.

So delighted to see the house when we first arrived as it fit the charm and style of Catalina Island.  The tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms were so enjoyed, especially with all the views from so many of the rooms.  We enjoyed the top balcony in the morning watching the sunrise and again in the evening with appetizers and cocktails enjoying the  panoramic view of the harbor.  It was a joy being able to cook in the huge gourmet kitchen and then dining in the spacious backyard patio with large teak table and chairs.  Barbecuing was easy with the large Weber gas grill.  We will definitely mark our calendars for a return visit to this special house.

Top Notch Catalina Rental!

 

We were honored to be one of the first guests in this picture-perfect Catalina home! The owners were so easy to work with and it was apparent they wanted the best for our vacation. The amenities were well thought out with a fully stocked kitchen, large outdoor dining table and chairs that comfortably seats 10, and a fireplace table & couch off the master bedroom boasting the beautiful Catalina views. The beds, blankets, bedding & towels were also of great quality which really added to the upscale feel of the home. We have rented many houses on the island for the 18 years we have been visiting Catalina and this house is by far the best - with the stylish decor and clean, spacious layout we know we found our favorite rental! Can't wait to be back soon!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a newly renovated house in Catalina, and I must say, it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views, the well-thought-out design, and the luxurious amenities that this property had to offer.

Location:

Perched on a hillside, this house boasts breathtaking panoramic views of Avalon harbor. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, the vistas from the Primary bedroom's balcony are amazing!

Accommodations:

The house itself has been meticulously renovated, and every detail has been carefully considered. The chef's style kitchen is a culinary dream come true, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space for prepping your meals.

 

One of the standout features of this property is the inclusion of a golf cart, which made exploring the island a breeze. It's an absolute must-have for any stay in Catalina, and it added an extra layer of convenience and adventure to our trip.

Outdoor Oasis:

The backyard of this property is a hidden gem. It's a rarity in Catalina to find such a spacious outdoor area!  We spent many nights barbecuing and enjoying meals in the alfresco dining area with the beautiful teak dining set that seats up to 10.

Amenities:

This house is also well-equipped with modern amenities. The high-speed internet, smart TV, and Sonos sound system ensured that weI had everything we needed for both work and entertainment. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, making it easy to unwind and get a good night's sleep as well.

This house is the beginning of unforgettable memories in this magical paradise called Catalina!
