Great location and view, unit is located off the main streets at lower levels and so is quiet without being too far from the main downtown Avalon shops. There is a public walkway/stairs leading up to the unit close to the playground area, useful for getting to/from unit to Main street shop level. The go-kart provided with unit is excellent. Loved how clean unit was when we arrived. We had our questions responded to in a timely fashion always and hosts were very accommodating, thanks!

The view is great and the golf cart is electric so no need to gas up! Response times were quick when we had questions. Would stay again!

My wife and I loved staying at 108 Middle Terrace. It was cozy and clean. Everything felt very new. The view of the bay has got to be among the top in the town, especially considering it was still within walking distance (10 min) of the best shops and restaurants. We would totally do it again. The cherry on top was the golf cart that was included with the room. That made the trips into town so easy.

The host was very easy to reach! Instructions were clear on how to check in and check out. The place was quaint and cute! Very clean - which i loved! They had a golf cart which helped us tremendously in getting around town! Would highly recc and would def stay again next time we’re on the island!
