They worked with me to get checked in. We called for more linens and they were there in no time even though it was Friday night. I felt reassured they have a 24 hr number. It was great to have a BBQ also!

We had a nice stay in Catalina at this property. It was very easy to find and check in; and ready for early check in which was fantastic. The location is excellent - quiet, charming, spacious, close to grocery store, and extremely walkable to the attractions of Avalon (provided full guest mobility and for children - slightly far/uphill for limited mobility guests). Stay did not come with a golf cart, but management was responsive in clarifying that it did not prior to our stay when asked and recommending alternative solutions for limited mobility guests when asked. When the freezer was not closing due to ice buildup, maintenance was extremely responsive, professional, and quick to help. Check out instructions were minimal and reasonable - dish soap and trash bags provided to complete them easily. Overall pleasant stay in a lovely part of the island.

House was great! Couple blocks off the boardwalk so only a 5 minute walk away. Everything was as advertised, the beach-themed interior was great.

Such an adorable house! And a quiet nice clean street. We had an easy reservation and check in process. We stayed here with 3 adults and 2 young children and had a great time. Easily walkable to the beach, cart rental, snorkeling and basically anything you want to do on Catalina. Would stay here again.

Like new and nicely remodeled unit. Clean and light &airy. Convenient to downtown area and golf course. One block from new Von's grocery store made it very convenient for anything we needed. Best of all the beds were comfortable giving all of us a good night's sleep. I would definitely rent this unit again in the future

We rented 3 houses on the same block and this one was the best! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely updated. The only problem

we had was we couldn’t find the linens for the sofa bed. Other than that it was perfect!

The house is quite comfortable, including all the beds. The front room has a super relaxing beach vibe with lots of light from all sides. The location at the top of the flats, offers great access to all the wonderful trails and to ocean. The kitchen is nice and big and worked just fine for lots of meals for cooking. All in all, we really liked the house

Great location, easy walk to the middle of town. The kitchen was fully furnished, 2 bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. Beds were really comfortable. Didn't mind not having air-conditioning, ceiling fans worked well, extra fans were available, but we didn't need them. Tables and BBQ available for outside cooking and dining. I would stay there again.

Property was clean and very cute. The kitchen had everything you could want to make your stay easy. Lots of towels for our stay. There was a TV in all the rooms with cable and most of all wifi for my granddaugjters to enjoy their ipads. Perfect location it was close to everythng. Would highly recommend. The house was updated and very nice. everything was great. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cups, plates, utensils etc. All the appliances were new and the bathrooms were both updated. There is a tv in every bedroom with direct TV which was nice. The beds were comfortable as well.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at 351 Descanso. My husband and I as well as our 10 year old twins loved the cosiness of the home as well as all the amenities. My kids loved having their own room and bed with a tv. We didn't do much cooking but if we'd done so everything we would need was provided. This is a nice and cozy place. Clean and well-kept. All the basic necessities were provided. Also it’s a 5-minute walk around the town and close to the supermarket.
The company were very considerate to allow an early check-in, especially after enduring the rough sea boat ride and heavy rains that day.
