Third-Level Recently Remodeled Condo
Very nice, cozy condo on the third level offers views of the town and harbor from the balcony. The apartment features an updated bathroom, comfortable sofa in the living room and a King bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is full functional and well-equipped. Step outside on the spacious balcony that has ample seating and a propane BBQ and enjoy the stunning views of the harbor. In addition to the bedroom, there are 2 roll away mattresses available for the third and fourth occupants in the master bedroom closet.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis mid-June through Labor Day with a 3-night minimum, rest of the year is 2-night minimum.
***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**
