Overall loved our stay. Very cute house and a Fantastic view of Avalon Harbor and the Casino from most of the living area and upstairs deck. The walk up the hill wasn’t that bad and gave us a good excuse to eat and drink a few more calories. The kitchen was fully equipped and the house was very clean. When you open up the windows you get the most delightful breeze and the house cools down quite quickly. Being a short term rental owner myself I pride myself on the small things at my rental.
