Our biggest complaint was when we arrived to pickup keys at the CIVR office we discovered they had added over $200 of trip insurance to the total bill . I complained that I did not ask for it and wanted it removed. The agent said someone else worked my order and they would have her get back to me right a way. I still havent heard from her and dont expect to. The house was a great location and fairly clean . Many things are in disrepair , gas fireplace,most blinds, and a leaky kitchen faucet (even though they have a severe water shortage). I own many vacation rentals and take a lot closer interest in the condition of my places than this one.
