Great location on Avalon for a family get away but at this price, I would expect better quality bed mattresses and better quality sofa bed. If you are advertising the place for 6 people, 6 people should have comfortable and cozy beds to sleep in. Sofa bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever seen and the mattresses on the other beds were not great either as everyone had tough time sleeping.Apart from that, the apartment was well cleaned and had all amenities including a gold cart.
