The house, cleanliness, and location are great!!The place has FAR more family and kid-friendly amenities than they mentioned. We especially loved the toys like giant jenga and wooden connect four.The room with the Murphy bed and washer/dryer has space for a pack n play, which was great!!The house is on a decent hill, but it’s nice to have the exercise and really most of Avalon is pretty hilly. The location along the boardwalk is great though!
