My wife and I loved staying at 108 Middle Terrace. It was cozy and clean. Everything felt very new. The view of the bay has got to be among the top in the town, especially considering it was still within walking distance (10 min) of the best shops and restaurants. We would totally do it again. The cherry on top was the golf cart that was included with the room. That made the trips into town so easy.
