Bring your flip flops – Apr-18

I’ve stayed at over 20 vacation rental properties, and I don’t believe I’ve ever left a negative review … until now. This place is to cleanliness as CIVR is to customer service. Sad really, mop the floors and wash the couch cushion covers where the dirt from the floor has transferred and this could be a nice place. Informed CIVR twice during our stay and they never responded. Catalina is still great though!
