Great, comfortable home for our group of 6. Although the home comes with a 4-person golf cart (which we did use), it’s an enjoyable, short walk to central Avalon via a staircase that serves the neighborhood. House is well appointed and comfortable, and offers a stunning view of the harbor and downtown Avalon from multiple places throughout the home. Only downside was that the water for showers never got hot, but lukewarm at best. This was the case in multiple bathrooms for multiple days, including for those who took a first shower. I suspect something’s up with the water heater, whether intentionally (too keep showers short) or not. Wasn’t really an issue for us, and we would choose this home again for future visits. **VRBO GUEST**
