The place is clean and outfitted with fully stocked kitchen for cooking, coffee machine, clean linens and toilet paper. The TVs worked and had channels mainly for sports fans. The ceiling fan in the bedroom worked and with the windows and screen door open, we kept the place cool at night. The area feels very very safe — you are definitely get the feel of a local neighborhood. You are just a few blocks from the big Vons.
