good business plan: second class implementation. – Jun-17

We arrived at 1;30 on friday and were taken to our rental which was spotless. had a beautifull view . Among the amenities were office Phone number to be used if assistance was needed, transportation numbers for check out transportation. very good plan. Implementation was second class. we did not have any shower towels.we called the office and no one answered. Finally got shower towels at 3;30 sat. When we called number provided to check out,no one answered. The office personell in Avalon does not support the business plan. I believe you can reserve a unit by going directly to the owner. This might be a better option . He wants a satisfied customer.
