This was perfect for our large family. We had adults in the backroom, 4 kids in the middle room, and 1 teenage in the front room. Like previously mentioned, the shotgun style limits privacy so for groups of adults it might not be the right fit. But for a family (with kid friends joining), it was good value for the pricing.
