Great condo but noisy upstairs neighbor – Dec-21

11-51 Gaviota. Lovely property. Would have been the perfect Bday trip with 5 star rating except for the woman who lives full time in the unit above. She was dragging things around in a manic way every single night starting at around 2am until after sunrise. We have rented condo’s here at least 8 times and never had any problem. We let management know after we got home that someone should talk to her but… no response. If this management company said they would have someone talk to the owner, I wouldn’t have needed to warn potential renters. Too bad because it is a fantastic unit.
