Great place for Avalon and a big group *VRBO GUEST* – Sep-18

8 of us stayed here and there was plenty of room. There were certainly lines for the 2 bathrooms at key times but for a vacation house it all worked. We even cooked a big dinner for 12 in the kitchen and then ate in the dining room. there is plenty of common space downstairs and even some beach stuff like floaties and snorkel stuff on the side of the house. Overall, if I had a large group I would rent here again.
