Nice property, easy to get around the unit and in Avalon itself. Having the golf cart was wonderful. The biggest problem we has was in the kitchen area with no tongs at all and the largest frying pan really was ready to hit the trash can since the handle was quite unstable. Otherwise we had a blast. Couldn’t believe how many things there were to do on such a small island. We were constantly busy doing one thing or another and having a private beach area was fantastic. We had a great picnic and game time that lasted for 3-4 hours. Beautiful weather and a great area to have a fun time.
