In a word, amazing. The charm, the views, the sunroom, and the speakeasy are just a few of the cool features this property has to offer.

Aside from all the great features, this property has to offer, it sits above Avalon Harbor with spectacular views. The original Avalon tiles that make up the fountain which is a centerpiece of the large yard are beautiful and historic. The upstairs loft has three tugboat beds for kids and plenty of open space. Our whole party of 10 people were able to sit in comfort around the massive dining room table, which also looks out a picture window over the harbor. The property was well appointed, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly felt the spirit of Avalon Harbor during our stay. The house was a short walk to all the dining and shopping the townhouse offer. For my family of 12 which includes two grandkids it was perfect.
