Relaxing Winter Stay – Jan-22

My husband and daughter (11) enjoyed our 3-night winter stay. Catalina Island was not busy which we enjoyed because it felt like we had the island all to ourselves! The property is about a 5-minute walk from where we checked in. Note there are several sets of stairs to get to the actual property so keep that in mind and pack lightly. I was surprised by how spacious the property was for an island home. It was clean and well-kept. Floors and paint looked new throughout. We enjoyed having two television sets (one in the bedroom and on in the living room). The winter nights were cold and the heated restroom was a nice feature after a hot shower at the end of the day. The kitchen does have everything, you need to prepare a meal —you just have to look through it all. The balcony is super spacious with a beautiful view of the island. Can’t wait to go back!
