*VRBO REVIEW* Excellent – May-24

Overall we LOVED this house and would definitely stay here again. The biggest thing I want to mention for people unfamiliar with the island is it is located in Hamilton Cove which is about 6 minutes drive to the downtown area NOT the location that was pinned on the listing map. This was not a problem once we realized, since the place comes with a 6 person golf cart and being in Hamilton Cove community gives access to a heated pool and hot tub, mini golf, and tennis courts. We loved the location especially the VIEWS were absolutely breathing! The house also has nice 10 feet ceilings and lots of dining space both indoor and outdoor. Each bedroom has high-quality furniture with comfortable beds and pillows and an en-suite bathroom. It was a little strange there’s no half baths to use when everyone is upstairs for meals/ etc. but it worked out fine. We thought there wasn’t any soap or shampoo in the bathrooms but realized on the last day those items were in the vanity drawers so just make sure to check there! Shower water was warm enough but not hot especially in the evenings, but that likely has to do with droughts on the island it wasn’t a problem for us. The kitchen was small and our biggest struggle was there was no cutting board or sharp/serrated knives. They had plenty of glassware/ plates/bowls/ and pots and pans and basic seasonings. The middle burner on BBQ did not work but the rest did. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we would recommend for a large group!
