The first floor has a spacious living area with a 50-inch flat panel TV, with extended cable service, WIFI Aug, '13 surround sound stereo system, and dining table. Blue ray DVD's in living room and master bedroom. The kitchen, full bath, and master bedroom with a Cal king bed and flat panel TV are also located on the first floor. Wood flooring installed throughout in February 2017. The second floor is a bedroom with a queen and a single bed, a sitting area, the 3/4 bath (shower) and the third flat panel TV. The upstairs bedroom has a small step out balcony that offers an ocean view. This vacation home also has two wall unit air conditioners, both two downstairs. Carpet throughout except kitchen and bathrooms. This is a pet friendly property. 1,100 SF 124CL

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

I hate to leave a good review because then other people will want to stay here and its already hard to get into this house. But the truth is we love it here. We have stayed at multiple properties and this one is our favorite. we come 2 times a year. First the property mgmt is super nice. We were have a problem they fix it. So easy to check in and out. The only thing about this house is the stairs are a little steep. Not bad but just be careful going up and down as with any stairs. The bathroom sink needs to be checked because it was leaking. It's just a great house. We will always come back.

This house is very convenient to downtown and wharf. Nicely laid out . Upstairs bathroom great for kids or small adults but not for a 6'4" son. All the basics were there. We had some minor maintenance issues which were addressed immediatelly
