This is a beautifully decorated town home in the heart of Avalon. The top of three levels has two master bedroom suites with spacious Cal King and Queen beds and a small balcony to sit out and enjoy the views. The middle level has a great room, kitchen, Queen sized sofa sleeper, and powder room, with sliders to a side balcony from the living area. You enter the home on the lowest level, where the third bedroom is located with a two sets of bunk beds. This condo is just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and activities. It's a perfect home-away-from-home for families. Approximately 1900 Sq. Ft. 217BA

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Great condo! Good location near the center of town and the supermarket, views of the bay and plenty of space.

This Vacation Home was very nice well maintained and easy access to the downtown area. Rental was easy. However, their check-out time of 10 am is too early. When you are on vacation and have come all that way they should make allowances like the hotels
