Cozy two bedroom townhouse style condo only minutes away from the beach that has newly been updated. On the first floor you'll find the living room with a comfy sofa, chaise and swivel chair, fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer and a 3/4 bath. The two bedroom are located on the lower level and feature a Cal King size bed in the Master bedroom. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds. There is a Jack and Jill bath on the lower level. Enjoy dining al fresco on the private balcony with garden and hillside views where you will also find the propane BBQ . The condo has a laundry room, beach closet with toys, a Pack 'n Play, towels, beach umbrellas, shopping/beach cart, beach chairs, drop lines and boogie board. 217W

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include the one-time cleaning fee and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Catalina Island Vacation Rentals was very helpful, especially since their office was not physically open due to COVID-19. They were easy to communicate with and responded to all texts efficiently. Thanks to them, our trip was quite easy and fun!

Great location for this very cozy rental. We had one adult and two kids, but it would have been plenty spacious with another adult and another kid. The location was very secure (behind a locked gate), the kitchen was well stocked, and the place was very clean. We LOVED hanging out on the balcony and watching the resident deer and other animals. Note that there's no air conditioning but if you have the screen door on the balcony open there's a lovely breeze. Would happily stay there again.

217 Whitley avenue is a great family home ideal for 6 people.
The property management is very kind. They made sure there was somebody available at their office for us to pick the keys inspite of Christmas Holidays.
Home has all the facilities your typical home would need.
Place is clean, enough linen is available. The community is very quiet as well.
Will definitely come and stay here again
