Budget-friendly Vacation Rental

Located only two blocks from the beach and shopping. Great open floorplan with the living room, dining area and kitchen. Two bedrooms with one bath; the first bedroom has 2 singles (a set of bunks), the second bedroom has a queen bed and the full bath, and there's a queen aerobed for use in the living room. 50-inch flat panel TV, DVD, stereo, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a small back yard. This is the lower level of a duplex property.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

The location was perfect. Vons Express just a few doors down. Quick walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. Place was clean, however the. master bed and dining table needs to be upgraded. We got there early and check in was quick and easy.

This rental was great for the grandkids. Easy access walking to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Lots off open space and lots of seating. we loved it

We Loved the location of this house, in Catalina you walk a lot, so having a house near the water was clutch. House was clean and was perfect for my family of four. Kids loved their own little bunk bed room.

Super cute and clean place, easy to walk everywhere, if its to the water or the golf course easy to find your way. So happy there were extra towels and coffee!! Thank you!!! Quiet at night and I loved hearing the golf carts start wizzing around the community about 8am.
